Why traditional training falls short

In a typical hands-on lab, 2 students actively work while 18 simply watch — one robot, one turn each. Employers report new hires need months of on-the-job ramp-up because classroom training rarely matches real equipment.

A Real, Solvable Classroom Problem

From a site visit to a partner college: a typical 20-student cohort runs roughly 5 advanced, 10 average, and 5 starting with no background. Students self-select initial partners, then get deliberately re-teamed once they move to the robots — one strong student anchoring each station, with a "we're only as strong as our weakest link" team culture. No competitive grading — students pass by meeting attendance and certification exam requirements, with retakes allowed.

A full simulated semiconductor fab: cleanroom protocol, wafer handling, photolithography, wet bench chemistry, metrology, robotic wafer transfer.

FTM

A low-cost add-on so every student gets electrical, sensor, and pneumatic hands-on time in parallel — not just the students on the main equipment.

CARE

Hands-on training for healthcare and allied-health career pathways — including surgical technology fundamentals and robotic-assisted rehabilitation systems. A natural addition for colleges that already run nursing or allied-health programs.
